Developed by Al Barari Development Company with GHD as the masterplan consultant, the project represents a significant investment of AED 23.5 billion and spans 15.3 million square feet. The Dubai branch of Mace International Limited, a UK-based company, oversaw the construction, while PMC managed the landscaping and infrastructure.
